Order Confirmation
As soon as you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number and a summary of your purchase. Keep this email handy for reference.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking information to update.
Check Your Order Status Online
If you created an account at checkout, you can view your order history and current status anytime by logging into your account and visiting the Orders page.
Made-to-Order Items
Many of our pieces are handcrafted to order. If your item is still in production, its status will show as processing until it ships. Estimated production times are listed on each product page.
