What's Covered
All solid wood furniture purchased from Teezano is covered by a 3-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use. This includes structural issues such as joint failure, warping beyond normal wood movement, and hardware defects.
What's Not Covered
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, or fading from sunlight exposure, damage from improper use, moving, or storage, or damage caused by extreme humidity or temperature changes. Natural variations in wood grain and color are not considered defects.
How to Make a Claim
If you believe your item has a covered defect, contact us at contact@teezano.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the affected area. Our team will review your claim and, if approved, will repair, replace, or provide a partial refund for the affected item at our discretion.
